MARK SCHAUB | A CASE FOR HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

"I KNOW HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT TECHNOLOGY THEY DO NOT YET UNDERSTAND."

For more than six years at Lockheed Martin, I worked with engineers, program leaders and business-development teams to find the human, operational and commercial value inside complex defense capabilities—and turn it into narratives customers, decision-makers and journalists could understand, remember and act on.

WHY TIBERIUS

Tiberius is not looking for someone to maintain a communications calendar. It is looking for someone who can help define how a consequential defense company is understood: by customers, partners, government stakeholders, journalists and the broader public.

That is the work I find most energizing. I am at my best sitting with technical experts, finding the overlooked insight inside a complex capability and building the message, materials, media strategy and leadership preparation needed to make it matter.

THREE WAYS I WOULD CONTRIBUTE

  1. Make Tiberius difficult to misunderstand.
  2. Help technical experts and founders become voices worth hearing.
  3. Build the communications rhythm around moments that matter.
